<a href="/category/bhandara" class="text-brand font-semibold hover:underline">Bhandara</a>: A horrific road accident was reported in Bhandara district in the early hours of the morning after a truck collided head-on with a pickup van near Bhau Dhaba at Pimpalgaon Sadak on the Nagpur-Raipur National Highway.
The impact was reportedly severe, resulting in the deaths of eight people, including three young children. Three others sustained serious injuries and were rushed to the Sakoli Sub-District Hospital, where they are currently undergoing treatment.
According to preliminary information, the accident occurred in the Pimpalgaon Sadak area during the early morning hours. The truck and pickup van collided near Bhau Dhaba, leaving several people trapped and critically injured.
Soon after receiving information about the accident, local residents and police personnel reached the spot and launched rescue and relief operations. The injured were immediately shifted to the Sakoli Sub-District Hospital for medical treatment.
